Environmental approach to heating

Thought some of you might be interested in our approach to heating in the premises. We have worked really hard to put in a system that will be as energy efficient as possible. There are two heat recovery units. One takes heat from the oven room and pushes warm air down into the café. The other takes air from outside and warms it using the warm air being extracted from the shop area before it is blown into the seating area.

The boiler
There is then a backup energy efficient boiler for three radiators in the shop which we hope we won't have to use...
